    • The success of this product is due to our grapes which are softly pressed
and to the continuous and careful control of the temperature during the fermentation process.

The straw yellow colour with greenish reflections emphasizes the quality of the grapes as well as the delicate techniques used in its production.

A well rounded and palatable wine, beautifully structured, with a sapid taste. It is soft on the palate and has the typical bitterish aftertaste with a slight suggestion of almond (typical of this variety). Our yearly production of Classico is about 200.000 bottles.

The Classico is available in Sartarelli bottles of 750 ml.

    • It is very versatile and excellent with seafood and cold meat hors d’oeuvres, seafood rice,
white meats, omelettes, boiled meats, mixed fried fish and vegetables.

These are some hints on how to combine this wine with food, but please follow your taste!

    • This wine is produced from very carefully selected grapes in our oldest vineyards where the grapes are thinned out to reduce the production to 8-9 tons per hectare.
Harvested in small crates, the soft pressing and the temperature controls during fermentation mean that the grapes are cared for in the old traditional way.
Lively and vibrant in colour, with a high alcoholic content, it has strength and character.
It has a light and inviting fragrance with a harmoniously balanced taste which is both full-flavoured and sweet-aromatic. It's a wine in evolution.
The yearly production of this selected wine is about 90.000 bottles.
The Tralivio is available in Sartarelli bottles of 750 ml, in borgognotta bottles of 375 ml and in borgognotta magnum bottles of 1.5 litre. The magnum bottles are also available in elegant gift boxes.

    • Charming with sushi and raw fish, elaborated fish or white meat dishes, such as fish soup, baked or grilled fish, rabbit or chicken in potacchio (typical local dish). It goes wonderfully with mushrooms, truffles, tagliatelle with truffles and medium mature cheeses.

These are some hints on how to combine this wine with food, but please follow your taste!

    • Of an intense straw yellow colour with greenish nuances.
Its fine elegant smell with notes of white fruits and citrus-fruits develops into a subtle mineral aroma.
It has a rich alcohol zing and flavour, but with its well balanced acidity it becomes soft on the palate.

    • Our own vineyard in Contrada Balciana is the origin of this wine.
It is characterised by a small yield and differently timed harvest. The time of the harvest can change depending on the course of the year and is usually from the beginning of November till the middle of the same month.
During the harvest extreme care is necessary so as not to split the grapes which have reached the correct level of ripeness. This completes the first stage after which the normal techniques (with the exclusive use of stainless steel tanks) are adopted in the winery taking the same care so as not to ruin the preceding work.
The complexity of all these processes means that production is restricted to about 15.000 bottles. In the particularly disadvantageous years, as in 1996, 2002 and 2005 this wine is not bottled at all.
After bottling, the wine continues to develop and refine achieving a taste of incomparable finesse.
The Balciana is available in Sartarelli bottles of 750 ml and in borgognotta magnum bottles of 1.5 litre. The magnum bottles are also available in elegant gift boxes.

    • Amazing with stockfish, very good with paté de foie gras, roast goose and duck, also perfect with cheeses, especially mature ones, and smoked fish.
Also a wine just for a relaxing with.

These are some hints on how to combine this wine with food, but please follow your taste!

    • Of a beautiful and intense straw yellow colour with nuances of golden yellow. Intense on the nose with hints of ripe fruits, tropical and citrus fruits, touches of spice, liquorice root, almonds and honey. It is strong on the palate but at the same time fresh and sapid with a persistent taste and smell. It is full-bodied with an intense harmoniously balanced flavour, despite the high alcoholic content, extremely agreeable to the palate.

    • This sweet wine is produced solely from Verdicchio grapes, picked at the beginning of November from the vineyard located in the Balciana area. They are put on trellises and left to shrivel for about a month. The vinification process takes place in December using the same method as for other Sartarelli wines. Fermentation lasts from 35 to 40 days.

Our yearly production of this wine is about 6.000 bottles.
The Passito is available in bottles of 500 ml packed also in single boxes.

    • This sweet wine is delicious with mature cheeses (also accompanied with jams or honey) and with various desserts, particularly almond tarts or biscuits.

These are some hints on how to combine this wine with food, but please follow your taste!

    • Its intense topaz yellow colour introduces a sweet bouquet of aromas, a mixture of candied quince fruits, honey, saltish and iodate notes but there is also a touch of spiciness, a breath of pepper and a whisper of country grass. It has a complex and complete taste which perfectly holds back the high alcoholic content thanks to its well defined flavour and wonderful freshness. Its intense persistence leads to a lovely long almonded finish.

    • This sparkling wine, which is solely and entirely made from strictly selected Verdicchio grapes, is produced by using the long Charmat method (5-6 months of refining).
Its organoleptic characteristics are particularly noteworthy thanks to a prolonged refinement on the lees at the end of the fermentation.
We invite you to taste and to give your opinion on our new product, hoping it will meet

      your expectations.

The Sartarelli Brut is available in bottles of 750 ml and in bottles of 1.5 litre.

The magnum bottles are also available in elegant gift boxes.

    • This single grape variety grappa is produced with the marcs of the Balciana grapes and has a very persistent and intense aroma. It is pleasingly soft on the palate and not “burning”.

The Grappa Balciana is available in 500 ml Breganze Rhenish bottles packed in single boxes.

    • In our olive groves (with about 2.300 plants) we have been cultivating our olive-trees for long time at an average altitude of 300 metres above sea level. The varieties of olives are the same ones which were cultivated in the past in this area, like Frantoio, Leccino, Pendolino, Carboncella and Raggia.

This oil reaches particularly valuable organoleptic characteristics due to several specific factors: the special harvesting system, called “brucatura” in Italian, which is carried out by hand when the fruits are properly ripe, the crushing of the olives by millstones and then the extraction of the oil at a low temperature.

Our Olio Extra Vergine d'Oliva is available in bottles of 750 ml and also in bottles of 5 litres.
